We've developed a simple three-step process to help you along beginning with a handy Start-up Kit which includes all the "stuff" you usually have to do on your own: develop a timeline and checklist, write promotional materials, and more.

1. Register your Row for the Cure® regatta by sending us an e-mail with the following information:

• Regatta name:
• Abbreviation:
• Host:
• Date of event:
• Desired registration period:
• Event type (sprint, head, etc):
• Venue (body of water):
• City, State & Zip of venue:
• Primary contact:
• Email of primary contact:
• Phone of primary contact:
• Categories of events offered:
• URL of host website:
• Payment address (for payments sent by check):
• Payee name (for whom to make check payments):

2. Email us for your "START-UP KIT" which includes:
• Timeline checklist
• Sponsorship solicitation info
• Fundraising cover letter
• Personal fundraising request
• 3rd party agreement template
• Sample donor thank you letter
• Sample thank you letter
• Fire Bureau request
• Sample press release
